Processing and delivery
Personalized orders normally require 1–3 business days to process.

Estimated shipping time to the United States is 4–9 business days after dispatch. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 5–12 business days.

Tracking information will be emailed when the order has shipped. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, or incorrect customer information may occur.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is required; changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping begins.
