Refund policy

Because this item is custom-made using the customer’s uploaded photo, returns for change of mind are not accepted once production has started. If the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved design, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs so we can assess a replacement or refund.
